Sansego in Kona

Every year we like to dedicate some time at the Hawaii IRONMAN to spend with our Sansego Tri Club members and their friends.

So, for 2022, we invite you to attend some or all of the following:

Monday, October 3
4:00pm at Dig Me Beach
STC athlete swim with Craig. Meet Crowie at the pier for a late afternoon dip. Photos and Q&A afterwards.

Tuesday, October 4
11:30am at the IRONMAN Expo - CURAD Booth
Meet Crowie, get a free kinesiology taping and take some photos.

3:00pm at Kona Coffee & Tea on Palani Hill
STC athlete Q&A with Craig, where he'll answer all of your last minute questions. We'll meet on the lanai (i.e., "deck") on the downhill side of the building.

Wednesday, October 5
11:30am at the HOKA pavilion across from the expo
Jan Frodeno will join Craig in a special presentation to discuss what makes the Kona run so unique and challenging.  They'll share their advice and answer your questions.
